there are 52C5 ways tgat five cards can be chosen

If the ace of hearts is a given then there are 51C4 ways of choosing the other 4 cards.

 

So the prob would be      51C4 /  52C5

 

nCr(51,4)/nCr(52,5) = 0.0961538461538462    =5/52

 

There must be a more simple way

ok

there is a 1/52 chance that the first one is ace of hearts.

there is a 1/52 chance that the second one is ace of hearts.

there is a 1/52 chance that the third one is ace of hearts.

there is a 1/52 chance that the forth one is ace of hearts.

there is a 1/52 chance that the fifth one is ace of hearts.

 

so a 5/52 chance that one of them is.  

Mmm I guess that is correct but I would do it the first way even though it is more complicated.
