First of all, 0.1 does NOT equal 0.06.... but if you are using some sort of function to get the value at 0.1 to equal 0.06 all we can say is that the value at 0.01 might be .006 .... unless we know what the funtion IS, it is hard to say....if it is a linear relationship then .006 seems to be the answer.
