number 6 is giving me a hard time can someone plz help me on what to do. here is an example of how to do this.

Start in upper left corner where 3 is      this can only   be 1   2    3    because the total can only go up to 9      33% of 9 = 3

    start with that.....then the square below become 6     so the total = 9

       then work across   60% of what = 3      60% of 5 = 3    so the upper right becomes  2      (2+3 =5)

             then work the bottom row    etc

Here is a start.....   the last column    has to equal 1/9   (which is 11 1/9 %)

    so it could be
