Optics(a more clear thread)

i prevviously posted optics questions but turns out the image isnt clear, this time ive done better preparation,

BTW, yes the solutions are given but ive read them countless times and dont understand the approach used, i thought maybe someone here could give an easier solution.

in the previous post i posted all the questions but this time i'll post one by one in this very thread so pls bookmark it if you're into physics( even if you're not you can still do it) ,....i'll take the feedback given and try to solve the others questions with a similar approach and if i cant , i'll post them here aswell..
