I'm confused - what's the order of operations for linear equations? I remember hearing somewhere that it was different than normal equations.
My problem is (x/9) + 49 = 58, for those who want a specific example. (Please don't answer it, though! Applying mathematical rules on my own gives me the warm fuzzies. XD)
