A parabola with a vertex of (2, 4) with a vertical axis of symmetry can be written in the form a(x-2)^2 + 4.

Since the parabola contains the point (1, -11) -11 = a(1-2)^2 + 4.

Solve for a and expand the equation for equation of the parabola.
