13. When you have a negative sign before the parenthesis, the signs change in inside!

So, the answer is -14x^4+5x^3+6, after the calculations!

Use the same method for 14!

13. \((8x^3-6x^4+3)-(3x^3-3+8x^4)= 8x^3-6x^4+3-3x^3+3-8x^4\)\(=-14x^4+5x^3+3+3=-14x^4+5x^3+6.\)

Remember! When you have a negative sign before the parenthesis, the signs change in inside!
