Whaat is the equation of the graph whose line has points in (-2,1) and (-3,3). Write your answer in standard form.

The slope between the two lines is (1 - 3)/(2 - 3) = 2.  Then by point-slope form, the equation of the line is y - 1 = 2(x + 2) = 2x + 4.

 

Putting this into standard form, we get 2x -y = -5.
