Each pail of plaster covers 97 square feet of ceiling. How many pails of plaster would you need to buy to cover the ceiling of a room with walls 14 feet long?

14 times 14 = 196

196/97 = 2.0206185567010309

I think this is correct, hope it is right.

Sorry, guest.....CaliGirl619  is exactly correct....!!!!

If the walls are 14 ft each.......the square footage = 196

So.......her reasoning was sound, and we would need  3 pails of plaster.....

cool cool cool
