Draw a box like this one and put the 2 possible throws in it. 

Down the side is the first throw, and along the top is the second throw,

I've added a couple so you can see what I mean

 

There are 25 boxes altogether, that is called the size of the sample space.

Now just count how many boxes fit each requirement, 

for example, there is only one box where a three is spun both times so

the probability of getting 2 threes will be 1/25 = 0.04
