1. Does the 5 million refer to mass or energy?

2. What are its units?

That's nonsense!  c is the velocity of light.

I guess this isn't a serious question!

$$E = mc^2 \Rightarrow m = \frac{E}{c^2} \mbox{ and } E = \frac{m}{c^2}\\
\mbox{ (Since c = 299 792 458) } m = \frac{5000000}{299792458^2} \mbox{ if e = 5000000 and } E = \frac{5000000}{299792458^2} \mbox{ if m = 5000000}$$

$${\frac{{\mathtt{5\,000\,000}}}{{{\mathtt{299\,792\,458}}}^{{\mathtt{2}}}}} = {\mathtt{0.000\: \!000\: \!000\: \!055\: \!632\: \!5}}$$

Dude when in life would you have to answer this.....

If you were in the nuclear industry, or in astrophysical research, to name a couple, you would have to know this.  You should get out more, your view of life is too narrow!
