one of my math questions is root 200 plus root 18, how do i do this

My good sir Mr. Guest I believe I can help you with this situation.

 

You are given:

 

\(\sqrt{200}+\sqrt{18}\)

 

You have to find muliples of 200 and 18, separate them and try to find perfect squares like so:

 

\(\sqrt{4* 2 * 25} + \sqrt{9 * 2}\)

 

4, 25, and 9 can go on the outside of the square root giving you:

 

\(2*5\sqrt{2} + 3\sqrt{2}\)

 

I'm sure you can simplify.
