How does one find the Point-Slope form of: Horizontal line that goes through (7, -2)?

Point-Slope form:

\(\begin{array}{rcll} y-y_1 &=& m \cdot ( x - x_ 1) \qquad x_1 = 7 \qquad y_1 = -2 \qquad \text{Horizontal line }~ m = 0 \\ y-(-2) &=& 0 \cdot ( x - 7) \\ y + 2 &=& 0 \cdot ( x - 7) \\ y + 2 &=& 0 \\ y &=& -2 \\ \end{array}\)

The line is  \(y=-2\)
