How do I calculate the present value annuity factor in Web2.0? If the rate is 2% and number of periods is 3? I have tried several different ways entering the formula in Web2.0 ans I can't get the correct answer.
PV = FV / [1.02^3] . If FV =1,000
PV =1000/ 1.061208
PV =$942.32
Note: Calculate 1.02^3 FIRST, then divide FV by the result.
