The probability of the first one drawn black is \(\frac{6}{9}=\frac{2}{3}\) . The probability that you draw the second one black is \(\frac{5}{8}\). So the probability that both of them are black is \(\frac{2}{3}\cdot\frac{5}{8}=\boxed{\frac{5}{12}}\)
