The probability of the first one drawn black is $$\frac{6}{9}=\frac{2}{3}$$ . The probability that you draw the second one black is $$\frac{5}{8}$$. So the probability that both of them are black is $$\frac{2}{3}\cdot\frac{5}{8}=\boxed{\frac{5}{12}}$$
