what is the probability of missing a 60% chance of getting a number inbetween 1 and 100 thats 60 or lower, 9 times in a row?

The probability of missing any of 1 to 60 in 100 is 40/100 or 0.4, so the probability of missing this 9 times in a row is 0.49 = 0.000262144

.
