write 270 as a product of primes

This problem just requires us to find the prime factors of 270. 

 

We can solve using the tree (I'm sorry that I wasn't able to upload a pic of my work)

 

Then our answer would be: 2 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 5.

I assume you mean prime factor 270.

 

270/2 = 135

135/3 = 45

45/3 = 15

15/3 = 5

5/5 = 1

 

Therefore: 270 = 2 * 3 * 3 * 3 * 5
