Prove that x+2y is a factor of \(x^{4}\) +\(10xy^{3}\) +\( 4y^{4}\)

I know I need to use synthetic division but have no idea what I should be putting in the headings for it.

I know that using (x-2) the multiplier would be x = 2 or 2. Here (x+2y) x = -2y.

Where do I go from here?
