I had a long answer typed in for this....then hit a wrong keyboard key and it all vanished...here is the condensed form

here may be an easier way ...bet here is A way:

ax2 +bx +c = 0

When you sub in x = 0    you will find  c = 4

then when you sub in x= 1    you will find    a + b = 1

  sub in x=2     you find    4a + 2b = 6

      solve thse two equations to find a = 2    and b = -1

so you have    2x^2 -x + 4 = 0      divide by    -2x^2 +2x     to find remainder = x+4
