if you run 100m and your heart beat is 70beats/min. which is most likely after the race would be better 60beats/min. or 120beats/min.
I'm not sure if this is math, but it depends. While you are running, it may go down if you are running at a steady and comfortable pace, but right after you finish, your heart beats per minute will slowly go up
I believe this is correct, not very sure though because it's just off the top of my head :)
