The way this is posted I'm not sure of the question but I believe that you put that in y=mx+b form which means you solve it as far as you can to get it in that form. That would be y=-3x+3. This is slope-intercept form in which the b represents the y-intercept (where the data line touches the y-axis) and mx is equavilent to the constant rate of change. This form can help find the data points on a graph.
