Regular hexagon ABCDEF is the base of the right pyramid PABCDEF. If PAD is an equilateral triangle with side length 6, then what is the sum of the lengths of the edges of the pyramid?

If PAD is  is an  equilateral triangle with side length 6, then  each edge of the pyramid must have a length of 6

So....the sum of the lengths of the edges  =   6 * 6  =  36 units

That's incorrect, "the edges of the pyramid" includes its hexagonal base.
