My question is:

Where can I change the settings so that, for instance, 2/3 = 0.66666666666666666666666666666667 can be shown as 0.67

Admin CPhill might know how to do it but... i don't think you can. Check with the admins. CPhill is who i go to for my problems.

I don't think our calculator has this capability, but you can do it here :

This builds off of Alan's original yet clever method of using the round feature. It is possible to generalize it for any number given and any desired number of decimal places.

$$\text{round(number}*10^{\text{# of decimal places}})/10^{\text{# of decimal places}}$$
