The volume increases by the cube of the scale factor.....therefore, the new volume is

64 * (5)^3   = 8000 m^3

This makes sense....each dimension before  = 4m   and [4m ]^3  = 64 m^3

Each dimension now is 5 times as much = 20m  and [20m]^3   = 8000 m^3
