The actual mechanical advantage of a pulley is 2. The pulley has 3 supporting strings. What is the efficiency of the pulley? After using the calculator and using the formula AMA/IMAx100 I was able to get 600 which I assumed would be 60% however I can't find my answer as one of the options. I can round to 66% but I'm not sure if that's right. Help?
