The ASWER for your question

A Joule is a unit of energy = to a watt*second. (1J = 1watt*second).

 Power = energy per unit time. This is measured in Watts or in Joules per second.

So…

 Power = 150600 J / 30 s = 5020 Watts or 5020 J/s (Joules per second).

 

As you can see, it’s math. Very simple math.
