Since the series is geometric, you have to find the ratio between $$2$$ and $$1 \over 5$$. To get from $$2$$ to $$1 \over 5$$, you multiply by $$1 \over 10$$. This means that the $$5$$th term is $${2 \times {1\over10}^4} = {\color {blue} {1\over 5000}}$$
