If you're trying to get the equation into the exponent form then here are your answers:

\(\sqrt[4]{4x^3} \)=          \({4x}^{3/4}\)

\(\sqrt[4]{x}\)=          \(x^{1/4}\)

The pattern is pretty simple so no need to explain it.

The first question:

\(\sqrt[4]{4x^3}=\sqrt[4]{4}\times\sqrt[4]{x^3}=\sqrt{2}x^\frac{3}{4}\)

The second:

\(\sqrt[4]{x}=x^\frac{1}{4}\)
