If you're trying to get the equation into the exponent form then here are your answers:

$$\sqrt[4]{4x^3}$$=          $${4x}^{3/4}$$

$$\sqrt[4]{x}$$=          $$x^{1/4}$$

The pattern is pretty simple so no need to explain it.

The first question:

$$\sqrt[4]{4x^3}=\sqrt[4]{4}\times\sqrt[4]{x^3}=\sqrt{2}x^\frac{3}{4}$$

The second:

$$\sqrt[4]{x}=x^\frac{1}{4}$$
