excuse my ignorance or the missing of the necessary brain cell, what's the difference between sin^-1 and sinh as seen on scientific calculators for computers? It's been a long time since precalc.

sin^-1 is "inverse sine," which is used to find the measure of an angle given the sine.
sinh is "hyperbolic sine." I personally don't know how this is used. I just know what it's called.
