For the first net, we have 8*6 = 48 and then we have another side of the net with the same area so it would be 48*2 = *96* and then we have the strip in the middle which is 8*3 = *24 *and then we have the 2 triangles which would be 6*3/2 but since there are 2 it will just be 6*3 = *18 *now you add it up all together and you get **138 as the surface area**

For the second net, we have 5*3 = *15* for the rectangle in the middle and then we have (3*5)*4 because of the 4 triangles we would get *60 *and now you add it up and get 15+60 = **75 as the surface area**
