I am sorry.

I had this bug happening with 2 threads:

I post something, then it doesn't appear in my watchlist.

So I automatically assumed it wasn't posted at all and reposted.

I will be more careful I promise.

=8x^3 * 2^(-15) =1

8x^3 = 1/(2^-15)

8x^3 = 2^(15)

2^3 x^3 = 2^15

x^3 = 2^12            Take cube root of both sides

x = 16

Ignore this solution.....it is incorrect.....I misread the equation.

2^(x^2)  * 4^x * 2^-15 = 1      is correctly solved by Guest in the previous post !!!!    x  = 3 or -5

Another repeated question Tony !!

This is really rude!

If you double post by accident then answer yourself explaining what your have done and tell people to answer on the other thread!

Ok Tony,

I'm sorry I was grumpy about it but please be careful to avoid doing it.

And when you notice that it has happened just tell people to answer on the first (other) thread :)
