For each triangle, find all three side lengths to the nearest hundredth and all three angle measuers to the nearest degree.

  1. B(-2, -4), C(3, 3), D(-2,3)

  2. L(-1, -6), M(1, -6), N(-1, 1)

  3. X(-4, 5), Y(-3, 5), Z(-3, 4)

Let's see...

We can use Pythagora's theorem:a^2+b^2=c^2.

1. side bc: let's move point b to 0,0. subtract the coordinates of point b to point c and you get that the coordinates of c is now 5,7. now, saying a=5 and b=7, we subsitute: 5^2+7^2=49+25=74. now as in the equation, we do sqrt(74), and done. same with others.

ans=8.6

side cd: since this is a right triangle, we just see what the difference between the 2 points are.

3,3 2,3

the difference is 5.

side db:-2,3 -2,-4

the difference is 7.

that is about all i can give you.I am having problems with this calculator on sine, cosine, and tangent so i cant give you angles.
