For certain constants a,b,c,d and the graph of the function
has a vertical asymptote of x = 7 a horizontal asymptote y = -3 and a y-intercept of (0,6) . Find the x-coordinate of the x-intercept.

Yes It is an AOPS question :) it is the only question I have left and that I am kind of stuck on ATM. I am not asking for the answer or looking to cheat just something to push me in the right direction or the concept needed in order to get the answer. I would ask the AOPS message board but they are only available at 5. I am so sorry if this isn't allowed :/.
