Stacy performed an experiment in which she rolled a six-sided die multiple times. The results are shown below.

Result of Roll.    Frequency

1.                         23

2.                          28

3                           43

4                             46

5                             22

6                               68

Based on the results above, predict the number of times a 4 would be rolled if Stacy performs the experiment a total of 690 times.

Add up all of the frequencies = 230    (the number of times she rolled the die)

46 of these were  4's    so the fraction she could expect from 690 rolls

would be   46/230  x  690 = 138 times a 4 would be rolled.
