ABCD is a parallelogram. Point P on AB divides it in the ratio AP : PB = 3 : 2, and point Q on CD divides it in the ratio CQ : QD = 7 : 3. Let R be the intersection of PQ and AC. Then, find AR:AC.

Can anyone help here?

Hi, Melody! Please correct your diagram; CQ = 7     and    QD = 3

Thanks!smiley

AR:AC = 6 / 13

I used 10 cm square and the result is the same as Melody'ssmiley
