cos (theta)  =  dot  product  /  [ product  of the vector  magnitudes ]

 

cos (theta)   = 8  /  [ 4 * 5  ]

 

cos (theta)  = 8 / 20  =   2/5

 

To find theta

 

arccos ( 2/5)  = theta  =   66.42°
