You get the answer only if you know a lot about maths......

(WITHOUT any use of calculators.)

What is an approximation of \(\tan{\left(\phi^{-1/2}\right)}\) where \(\phi\) is the golden ratio and the tangent function is in radians?

unit is wrong but

\(\tan\left(\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{\phi}}\right)\approx 1\)!!

Not 1 radian because 1/sqrt(phi) is an angle. So tangent of an angle is just a number.
