A snake tank measures 1.8 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m. What is the surface area of the tank including the top? Use the formula: SA = 2hl+2hw+2lw

SA = 2(hl+hw+lw)

It doesn't matter which specifically is the height or width or length in this case.

1.8 x 0.5 = 0.9

1.8 x 0.5 = 0.9

0.5 x 0.5 = 0.25

2(0.9 + 0.9 + 0.25) = 2(1.8 + 0.25) = 2(2.05)

2 x 2.05 = 4.1, which is the surface area.
