Let M=(a,b) N=(c,d) Now M'=(a+h,b+k) N'=(c+h,d+k)

Show and explain how could the segments MN is equal to M'N' expectedly.

Since both end points have had    h added to x    and   k added to y, I would expect the new line to be shifted h units in the x direction and k units in the y direction.
