The cylinders have the same volume of 502.65. The other cylinder has a radius of 4 and the height is 10. The other cylinder has a height of 8 but what is the radius of it to make a 502.65?

502.65  = pi (r)^2 * 8   divide both sides by 8pi

502.65 / [8pi]  = r^2     take the square root of both sides

r ≈ 4.472 in
