The first six rows of Pascal's triangle are shown below, beginning with row zero. Except for the $1$ at each end, row $4$ consists of only even numbers, as does row $2.$ How many of the first $20$ rows have this property? (Don't include row $0$ or row $1$).\begin{tabular}{ccccccccccc} &&&&&1&&&&&\\ &&&&1&&1&&&&\\ &&&1&&2&&1&&&\\ &&1&&3&&3&&1&&\\ &1&&4&&6&&4&&1&\\ 1&&5&&10&&10&&5&&1\\ \end{tabular}

Here you go, Mellie.....it's a "left-justified" version, but I think you have enough to go on....

Knock yourself out.....!!!!

The first "1" is row "0"

Then, the second row is just row "1"

The third row is  just row "2"

Got the pattern???

So...just disregard the beginning and ending "1s" in each row......and look at all the rows where the rest of the  numbers are all even......
