Okay, so you know how these random questions pop up that you learned how to solve in, like, third grade, but you see it now and your like- OH CWAP!!! HOW DO I SOLVE THIS!!!angry

Yep, this is one of those moments.

So tell me, how do you find the area of a trapeziod?

Also, the trapeziod that I'm working with has a bottom base a length of 42cm, a top base of 30cm, and is 25cm tall.

THANK YOUsmiley

Area of a trapezoid.....

Add the bases  =  42 + 30   = 72

Divide this sum by 2   =   72/2 =  36

Multiply the last result by the height  = 36 *  25   = 900 cm^2  = the area

Not too bad, huh???
