The answer to the first question is  A  =  pi·r2; but, in the future, it would be a lot quicker and easier for you to check your textbook or "google" the question.

 

For the second queston: draw a vertical line dividing the picture into two rectangles: a 15 x 30 rectangle on the left and a 12 x 15 rectangle on the right. 

 

Find those two areas and add them together.
