1. Find the constant k  so that:

   log_(y^5) (x^3)= k * log_y(x)

for all positive real numbers y doesn't equal to 1

2. log_4(11)+ log_8(11)+ log_64(11)

( Keep the answer in log_b(n) format please)

then what is the sum of b and m.

(BTW I tried changing the base to 2, but I still couldn't derive the answer)

Thanks Loves

1. By properties of logs, k = 5/3.

2. The number is log_128 (11), so b + m = 139.

Thanks so much for your answers

But I will really appreciate if you can explain how you got the answers, so that I can understand where I went wrong.

THANKS

With Much Love
