The solutions of x(3x-7) = -3 may be expressed in the form m + sqrt n / p and m - sqrt n / p , where m, n, and p have a greatest common divisor of 1. Find m+n+p.
we can expand to get 3x^2-7x=-3 which is the same as 3x^2-7x+3=0
we can now use vietas which gives us the answer of -7/3
oops did the wrong thing
it wasn't asking for the sum of the roots lol
well the answer is 7+6+13=26 :D
Thanks!
