sketch a washer and find the volume of the solid generated by revolving the region bounded by y=2x^2, y=0 and x=2 around the y-axis --> is 16pi the answer??

sketch a washer and find the volume of the solid generated by revolving the region bounded by y=8x-(x^2) and y=0.5(x^2) around the x axis --> Im not sure how to do this one..

for both write the required integral before evaluating

PLEASE HELP! Im homeschooled and I cant seem to grasp this concept by myself:(
