What is 4*3/6/2? The only answers on the math book are Calculator A:9, or Calculator B:15! If somebody solves this question, it can help me finish my homework! Thanks.

Multiplication and Division have equal precedence; ergo, solve from left to right.

The answer is 1

One piece at a time here.  4(3)=12

12/6=2

2/2=1 

Just do one piece at a time going from left to right like this.

Are you sure it's not 4*3 - 6/2, which would be 9; or 4*3 + 6/2, which would be 15?

Or, are we sure it's not

4 - 3 + 6 + 2 = 9   and

4 + 3 + 6  + 2  = 15    ????
