TitaniumRome is correct in that the answer cannot be written down in digits and be absolutely correct.

So it comes down to the degree of accuracy

Obviously the more accuracy pi has before you square it, the more accuracy the square will have.

$${\mathtt{\pi}} = {\mathtt{3.141\: \!592\: \!653\: \!589\: \!793\: \!2}}$$

is a closer approximation than  $$3.14$$

So when you square it the answer will also be more accurate.

Just enter 3.14^39 in the calculator that is on the home page of this site and hit enter and you will get your answer!

you would be better to use pi^39

3.14^39 would have a lot of rounding error

But we are just putting the sign in place of the digits I don't understand how can there be problem :/

as some people say from time to time to time, the digits of pi will go on forever, so this is a useless question. even a calculator cannot do the job.

Explanation-The Digits of Pi goes on forever. Google or Yahoo "Digits of Pi", and if you look on some of the websites, it goes on forever. Pi to the 39th power will still go on forever. It is infinity. Never ends, so technically this probelm is a waste of time to do, because there is no exact answer.

P.S. I bet Leonardo Da Vinci doesn't even know the answer to this!
