it's v times one divided by 144, but there is no value for v so the equation cant be solved and the equation is true.

I thought it was a root sign.

Anyway, if it was meant to be a root sign, then the answer would be 1/144 because there are no brackets.

If there were brackets - sqrt(1/144) - then the answer would be 1/12.

Ex: 2^2 is 2 to the power of 2.
