The 1st. is the squares of counting numbers, 1,2,3,4,5........etc so the next No. 6 X 6=36......and so on.

The 2nd. one is called the Fibonacci Series: 1,1,2,3,5,8,11,19.......each number is sum of the two previous numbers, so the next No. will be 19 + 11=30.......and so on.
